Description
Rishworth Hall Farmhouse and the attached barn is a laithe-house, likely built in the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone with ashlar quoins and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys, with the barn occupying two-thirds of the structure and positioned further forward than the single-cell house, which is marked by quoins that indicate the division between the two. The barn has undergone significant alterations. The farmhouse showcases a prominent feature with a four-light chamfered mullioned window on each floor, along with a well-dressed gable stack.
