Description

The bandstand in People's Park is a Grade II listed structure from the later 19th century. It features an octagonal platform surrounded by decorative cast iron railings, supported by thin columns with ornamented spandrels. The bandstand is topped with an ogee roof that includes a finial. It is part of a group of listed buildings along Park Road.
