Description
Coley Croft is a house with an attached barn that has been converted into a garage. It dates from the late 17th century and has undergone alterations in the 19th and 20th centuries. The building is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof, standing two storeys high.
The east front originally had three bays, each with flat-faced mullioned windows on both floors, consisting of three, five, and five lights. To the left of the right-hand window, there is a semi-circular arch-headed doorway with an architrave. The rear of the building has similar windows, along with a double chamfered mullioned and transomed window on the first floor, which contains eight lights.
The single-storey rear wing features double chamfered mullioned windows with five, two, and three lights. The gable facing the lane has an external stack and a chamfered window with two arched lights at the first floor level.
