Description
Nos 26 to 30 on Chester Road are a row of three substantial Gothic houses built in the mid to late 19th century. The houses are constructed of stone and feature two main storeys above a basement, with an additional storey in the slated roof that includes gables and stone dormers. Each house has arched doorways and single lintels above the windows. This group of houses, along with Nos 10 to 30 (even) and Nos 33 to 37 (odd), is recognized for its architectural significance.
