Description
Whinney Royd Farmhouse is a traditional stone building, likely dating from the late 17th century. It has two storeys and features an irregular shape due to various alterations over time. The farmhouse now has eaves leading to a hipped, slated roof. It includes mullioned windows, some of which are of a simpler, later design. The south side of the building retains a large mullioned and transomed window. The outbuildings associated with the farmhouse are not considered of interest.
