Description

Holme House Farmhouse, now a house, dates to the 17th century. The building is constructed of stone with a stone slate roof. It is two storeys high and originally had two windows on the first floor. Quoins are present. A blocked doorway indicates a former entrance. The ground floor features double-chamfered mullion windows of 7 and 4 lights, each with a dripstone. Above, there are double-chamfered mullion windows of 5 and 4 lights. A 20th-century extension to the left includes a 20th-century door, a slit window, and a 19th-century 3-light window.
