Description

Numbers 11 and 15 on Goose Eye are two dwellings that were originally five cottages built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from coursed stone and feature a stone slate roof. The buildings are two storeys high and have a stepped arrangement, with one bay for each cottage. Each cottage has a doorway with a plain stone surround that includes interrupted jambs, and a three-light flat-faced mullion window on each floor. Some of the original doors have been converted into windows. The cottages have plain gutter brackets and two chimneys, one at the left end and another on the right ridge.
