Description
Folly Hall House is an early 19th century, or possibly late 18th century, house that was altered in the mid-19th century. It is two storeys tall and features a small sandstone "brick" hipped slate roof. The north front includes a grooved enclosed stone porch with a cornice and a round-headed stairlight above it. There is a service wing that has square mullioned windows. The garden front has three windows, with two canted, pilastered bay windows on the ground floor and a central pilastered doorway. Additionally, there is a conservatory extension and a later 19th century tripartite window set in a former carriage archway.
