  1. Circa 1850 single-storey 6 bay school room with cross wing. Sandstone "brick" with ashlar dressing. Slight Jacobean detail. Gable end slate roof with copping stones and octagonal shafted chimneys. Weathered plinth string and sill band. Chamfered stone mullion splayed reveal windows with drip moulds. Doorway in similar surround. Ferrand family coat of arms above windows in gable end of cross wing. Stepped windows to south gable end.
