Description

Oak Cottage is a small sandstone villa built around 1840-1850. It features a three-bay front and is situated opposite Nos 49 to 53 (odd). The building has a stone gutter-cornice and a stone slate roof with corniced chimneys. The windows are revealed sash style, with painted flat ashlar arches and block sills. The entrance boasts a Doric pilastered and corniced doorway. This property is included in the listing for its group value.
