Description
This is a short row of three two-storey cottages, dating from approximately 1800 to 1830. They are built of sandstone, appearing as brick, and are similar in style to numbers 63 to 75 (odd) on Highgate Road. The roofs are covered with stone slates. A prominent sill band runs along the facade. The cottages feature two-light mullion windows set in squared surrounds. Doorways have square jambs. The buildings are listed for their group value, contributing to the character of the Old Dolphin Hamlet.
