Description
The former stables of Burley House, located on Bradford Road in Burley in Wharfedale, date from the same period as the main house. This L-shaped building is positioned to the north and west of the house, almost enclosing the yard. It has been significantly altered during its conversion into a hotel annex. The structure is two storeys high and constructed of coursed rubble with a slab roof. Notable original features include modillions, three roundels on the first storey of the inner east side (with the middle roundel featuring a keystone), a lunette on the inner south side, and a Venetian window in the single-storey east gable end.
