Description

The bee-boles in the wall attached to the rear of Reynard Ings date from the mid-18th century and are likely contemporary with the house. The structure features a coursed rubble wall that contains four rectangular recesses designed for bee skips. Each recess has monolithic lintels and sills, along with composite jambs. The dimensions of the recesses are 25 inches wide, 28 inches high, and 23 inches deep. This structure is included for its group value.
