Description

No. 4 Holroyd Hill is a sandstone cottage built around 1800 to 1820, forming part of a row of similar buildings. It features a stone slate roof with block brackets at the eaves. The right side of the front extends to the road line. The cottage has two-light square mullion windows set in squared surrounds, and a single light window above a plain doorway with squared jambs. This building is included for its group value with the other nearby structures.
