39 Warburton Place is a two-storey sandstone cottage or small farmhouse, built around 1800 to 1830, with a later adjoining outhouse or barn. The building features stone slate roofs and has single and two-light square mullion windows set in squared surrounds. The doorway has squared jambs. This property is included for its group value.
