Description
Nos 41 to 51 Warburton Place is a row of cottages built around 1820, positioned at a right angle to the road. The cottages are constructed from thin sandstone that resembles brick and feature stone slate roofs with bracketed eaves. They have ashlar sill bands on both the ground and first floors. The windows are two-light square mullion types set in squared surrounds, and the doorways have squared jambs. A modern bow window has been inserted into No 47. This row is included in the listing for its group value.
