Description
This is a circa 1830 house, originally built as a single dwelling, now divided into three separate properties at 58, 60, and 62 Holroyd Hill, Wibsey. The front facade is constructed of ashlar stone, with sandstone "brick" sides. The roof is covered with stone slate and features modillion brackets along the eaves. The building presents a symmetrical arrangement of three windows, centred around a doorway. The windows have later 19th-century glazing. The wall construction incorporates deep lintels. The doorway is framed by a plain, squared surround and a shallow cornice hood supported on long, shaped brackets.
