Description
Number 12 on Wibsey Bank is a small, two-storey house built around 1840-1850. It features three bays and is constructed from sandstone "brick" with ashlar dressings. The building has quoin pilasters and a stone slate roof with bracketed eaves. The kneelers are formed by paired consoles, and there are corniced chimneys. The windows are revealed sash types with thin lintels and block sills. The entrance has a pilastered doorway topped with an entablature that includes a deep cornice and a blocking course.
