Description

White Lane Top consists of a pair of cottages dated 1818, located at right angles and elevated above the road. The cottages are two-storey structures made of sandstone "brick" with stone slate roofs. There are stone steps leading up to the first floor. The windows include a single light and a three-light square mullion design, all set in squared surrounds. The doorways feature squared jambs, and there is a two-light square mullion window on the gable end.
