Description

Holme Farmhouse is a late 17th century or early 18th century farmhouse constructed from irregularly coursed gritstone. It features large flush quoins and has a renewed stone slate roof. The front of the building has three windows, which were originally part of a five-light chamfered mullion design in splayed reveals; however, most of the mullions have been removed or altered into two lights with a later square mullion. There is an external chimney breast at the west end, which has a lopped stack and flush quoining. The farmhouse also includes a full-width rear outshut and a squared jamb doorway.
