Description

A barn, likely of probable 17th century origin, but significantly heightened in the late 18th or early 19th century. The barn is constructed of irregular courses of gritstone and sandstone “brick”, with large quoins at ground floor level. It has a stone slate roof. The roof structure incorporates four massive king post trusses which have been reset.
