The first floor has two windows with splayed reveals and 2-light windows, which were originally 4-light, with chamfered mullions. The ground floor has shop fronts that date from the late 19th to early 20th century. The side door of No 116 has a deep lintel inscribed with "E W 1626". The roof is covered with stone slates and has saddlestones and prominent shaped kneelers. At the rear, the pitch extends down over an outshut.
