Description
The building at 3A Lands Lane is a former chapel dating to circa 1800. It is a small, two-story rectangular building constructed of sandstone, appearing as brick. It has flush quoins and a stone slate roof with saddlestones and shaped kneelers. The front facade features two large, full-height round-headed windows with ashlar voussoir arches and impost surrounds. These windows contain multi-paned glazing bar sashes. The bays flanking these windows have plain squared jamb doorways on the ground floor and square windows above, also with multi-paned glazing bar sashes in squared surrounds.
