Description

Nos 9 and 11, Union Yard date from around 1800 and form a pair of two-storey cottages. The cottages are constructed of thin sandstone "bricks" with flush quoins. They have stone slate roofs. The windows originally featured mullions, which have since been removed, leaving squared surrounds. The doorways have squared jambs. These cottages are included in the listing for their group value.
