Description
Eastwood House is a villa built in 1819, located in Victoria Park. It is constructed of ashlar and has two storeys with five bays. The central feature is a Greek Doric portico with a pediment. The building has sash windows, with the ground floor windows flanking the portico being three-light windows set within round relieving arches that have key ornamentation. There are bands of key pattern above the windows, and the structure is topped with a moulded cornice, parapet, and acroteria. On the sides, there are two additional sash windows. An attached 20th-century leisure centre is present but is not of special interest.
