Description
Keighley Railway Station is a railway station dated 1885, constructed from coursed, dressed millstone grit. It features a wide entrance front with doorways that are covered by a canopy. The right side of the building has a datestone set in the gable. The two westernmost platforms are equipped with period furnishings, including cast-iron lamp posts. The westernmost platform has a notable cast-iron and glass canopy supported by decorative columns, while the other platform features an eight-columned arcade, remnants of a canopy, and a late 19th-century engine water-filling pump that was relocated here from another site in Yorkshire. The other platforms do not have special interest.
