Description
Low Bridge, located at the junction of Coney Lane, Park Lane, and Long Croft, is a bridge dating from the late 18th century. It is constructed from coursed millstone grit and features three segmental arches. The central arch is wider and slightly taller than the two flanking arches, with the northern arch being wider and shallower than the southern arch. The bridge has triangular cutwaters and buttresses that are connected by a band at road level. The parapet has been partially rebuilt and includes moulded coping. There is a large stone drum terminal at the north-west end of the bridge.
