Description
Mytholme is a house built in the early 18th century, with a porch added likely in the early 20th century that features a reused date stone marked 1685. The building is constructed from hammer-dressed stone, with larger dressed stone used for the porch, and has a stone slate roof. It stands two storeys high and consists of seven bays. The structure has quoins and a band, and a two-storey gabled porch is located in the fifth bay. This porch features a Tudor-arched dated lintel but lacks its original jambs, along with a chamfered string and a three-light window above with arched lights. The gable is coped with kneelers and has finials at the apex, while there are two-light windows on the return walls of the first floor. The other bays have cross-windows with plain stone surrounds and recessed flat-faced mullions, and the building has coped gables with kneelers. There are end stacks and one ridge stack, all adorned with blind arcaded panels. The interior has not been inspected.
