Description

The preaching cross located 15 meters south of the Church of St James is a former preaching cross dating from the 14th century. It is likely to have been resited. The structure is made of ashlar and features a round base consisting of four steps. Above the base, there is a chamfered and broached pedestal that supports a truncated fluted square cross shaft, which is approximately 600 millimeters high.
