Description
The sewer gas lamp located at the junction with Camborne Road is a late 19th-century structure made by the Webb Lamp Company. It is constructed from cast iron and is painted red. The lamp features a conical shape with a domed cap, supported by curved brackets at the top of a fluted round column that has a bulged foot and ladder rests. The lamp stands on a round pedestal with a plinth, and on opposite sides, there are moulded panels displaying the maker's name. At the time of the survey, the lamp was complete and in working order.
