Workshop range. c1845. Brick with rendered rubble plinth, stone dressings and hipped slate roof with 2 side wall stacks. 3 storeys plus basement; 9 window range. Windows are glazing bar casements, mainly with segmental heads. West side has a central 3-light window flanked by three 2-light windows and to left, a plank door and another window. Above, 10 windows on sillband, flanked to right by a hatch and another window. Ground floor has wooden steps to central plank door with overlight, flanked by three 3-light windows. Beyond, on either side, single doors and beyond again, to left, a single window. Basement has to left a doorway and a blocked 3-light window. South end has 2 flat-headed windows to the third floor, one of them reglazed. East side has a 2-light window to left and to right an inserted casement, then a 6 pane window, then a segment-headed window. Third floor has a continuous range of windows on sillband, arranged 3:7:6. INTERIOR not inspected. Building vacant at time of survey. (Ordnance Survey: 1850-).
