Description
12 and 13 East Parade are two houses that have been converted into offices. They were built in the late 18th century and are constructed of brick with a rendered plinth, featuring ashlar dressings and a slate roof that has two gable stacks. The buildings stand three storeys high and have a five-window range of 12-pane sash windows, each topped with brick flat arches. The entrance boasts a well-crafted Classical doorcase with engaged Doric columns, a frieze, and a dentilled pediment, along with a moulded six-panel door and a fanlight. On either side of the entrance, there are single ogee-headed scrapers, and beyond them, two additional 12-pane sashes. The interior has not been inspected.
