Description
Bolehill Farmhouse and its attached outbuildings, located on Cobnar Road, date from the early 18th century, with the outbuildings added in the late 18th century and restored in the late 20th century. The farmhouse is constructed of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings and features a stone slate roof with two brick gable stacks. It has projecting quoins and coped gables. The building is two storeys high and has a three-window range of 20th-century two-light casements set in square stone surrounds. The entrance features a heavily rusticated stone doorcase with a keystone and a partially glazed door. On either side of the door, there are 20th-century two-light casements in stone surrounds, with the one on the right being slightly larger. To the left of the farmhouse are the attached outbuildings. The right gable of the outbuildings has a blocked loft door above a board door, while the lower block to the left has a door flanked by single windows. The interior has not been inspected.
