Description
St Mark's Vicarage is a house, now serving as a vicarage, built around 1870. It is constructed of coursed squared stone with ashlar dressings and features a slate roof with a single gable and a side wall stack. The building has a plinth, moulded wooden eaves, and fretted bargeboards on the front gables. It stands two storeys plus attics and has a three-window range of wooden cross casements. The gabled wing to the left has one window and, above it, a single light window. Below this wing is a canted stone bay window. In the right return angle, there is a lean-to porch with a Tudor arched doorway and a fretted bargeboard. To the right, there is a two-window range with a three-light wooden cross casement below. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
