Description

Blonk Bridge is a road bridge over the River Don, built in the mid-19th century. It was altered around 1913 and restored in the mid-20th century. The bridge is constructed of ashlar and features concrete and cast-iron balustrades. It has three elliptical rusticated arches, which are supported by voussoirs and keystones. There is a sillband located below the balustrade. The balustrades are open, with cast-iron on the east side and concrete on the west side.
