Description

This is a pinfold located approximately 30 metres northeast of the junction with East Field Road in Fishlake. It was likely built in the early to mid-19th century. The structure is made of red brick and features limestone and sandstone copings. The rectangular enclosure wall stands about 1.75 metres high and has a gate opening on the southeast side. The roadside section of the wall is topped with heavy limestone copings, while thinner slabs are used to cope the other sides.
