Description
Tideworth Hague Farmhouse is a Grade II listed farmhouse that was rebuilt in 1758. It features a cement-rendered exterior and a Welsh slate roof, standing two storeys high with an attic. The first floor has two windows, and the building is accented with rusticated quoins. A 20th-century part-glazed door is located to the right of center, framed by a lightly-chamfered ashlar surround with a plain lintel. Flanking the door are 20th-century casement windows with glazing bars and projecting stone sills. Above the door, there is a band beneath similar windows and an open-pedimented plaque that reads, "This house was Rebuild in ye year 1758 by Mr Robt Belley & MARY." The farmhouse also features shaped kneelers and gable copings, with rendered end stacks. External steps on the left side lead up to the entrance, featuring nosed treads, a coped side wall, and a half-landing. On the right side, there is a window in the position of a chamfered quoined doorway.
