Farmhouse. Mid-late C18. Red brick in irregular bond, stone slate eaves courses to fireclay tile roof. 2 storeys and attics, 3 windows to 1st floor, outshut to rear of later date, single-storey addition to right end. Main range has part-glazed door to left with flay brick arch. To far left a 2-light horizontally-sliding sash with glazing bars, 2 similar 3-light windows to right of door, all windows having segmental brick arches. Matching lst-floor windows of 3-lights. Eaves band, brick end stacks and ridge stack above door. Addition set back to right has door to its left and stone slate eaves courses to pantile roof with end stack.

Interior: collared, principal-rafter roof trusses exposed in attic of main house.
