Description
Church Cottage is a house dating to around 1800, with a 20th-century addition and alterations. It is constructed of red brick with a pantile roof. The original house has two storeys and a symmetrical facade of one window wide and three windows wide on the first floor. It features a central part-glazed door and four-pane boxed sash windows in plain surrounds. Rebuilt chimney stacks are present. A single-storey outbuilding is located to the front left, and it is not considered to be of particular architectural interest. A 20th-century addition is situated on the left side, designed to be in keeping with the original building. The property is included on the list for its group value.
