Description

The stone coffin, located adjacent to the west side of the tower at the Church of St. Mary, dates from the late medieval period. It is made of magnesian limestone and features straight sides that taper towards the foot. The coffin includes a shaped recess for the head of the corpse, making it a simple yet well-preserved example of its kind.
