Description
Manor House is a farmhouse built in the late 18th century, consisting of two sections. It is constructed from hammer-dressed stone and features a stone slate roof. The main part of the house, located on the left, has two storeys and three symmetrical bays, with raised ashlar quoins. The central doorway is framed by an eared, moulded architrave, which includes a pulvinated frieze and a small cornice. This doorway is flanked by three-light flat-faced mullion windows with raised surrounds on both floors. The house has stone end stacks.
The section on the right is likely slightly older and has an entrance on the left with wide jambs and a deep lintel, along with a later entrance on the right. Each floor features a three-light flat-faced mullion window with recessed mullions. The building has stone gutter brackets and gable copings on moulded kneelers, as well as a later brick stack with a cornice. A later, lower addition to the right is not included in this listing, and at the rear, there is a projecting wing with a later addition.
