Description
Bank House is a house dated 1806, constructed from coursed squared stone with quoins and topped with a stone slate roof. It has two storeys and features a symmetrical front with two bays, highlighted by a central Gothic-arched doorway. The ground floor includes two-light square-headed windows with cusped lights and traceries. There is a band between the floors and a central plaque on the first floor displaying the date. To the left, there is an ashlar stack with a string course and cornice, while the stack on the right has been altered. At the rear, there is a two-storey wing. The building was formerly known as "The Angel" public house. The interior has not been inspected.
