Description

This farmbuilding, located approximately 3 metres south-west of Huthwaite Farmhouse, dates from the late 18th century or early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed squared stone and features a stone slate roof. There are entrances with stone surrounds on the left and right sides, although the right entrance is blocked. The building has two windows on each floor. A single-storey addition to the left is not included in this listing. This structure is included for its group value with the nearby farmhouse.
