Description

Oxspring Bridge is a road bridge over the River Don, likely built in the 18th century. It is constructed of dressed stone and features a single span with a segmental arch. The bridge has a band that forms the base of a coped parapet. To the right, there is a triangular abutment, and adjacent to this is a small subsidiary arch that is probably of a later date. The main bridge has splayed ends and is approached by a tarmac causeway.
