Description
Keresforth Hill Farmhouse is a 17th-century farmhouse that has been altered over time. It is constructed of coursed rubble and topped with a 20th-century tile roof. The building is two storeys high and consists of a two-room layout with a wing at the rear and a 19th-century addition to the right. The central doorway features a moulded surround and has been heightened, with a 20th-century door installed. On both floors, there are three-light double-chamfered windows to the left and right. The ground floor has remnants of a continuous dripmould that rises over the doorway. The gable stacks have been renewed. The two-storey addition to the right includes garage doors. At the rear, the central gabled wing has one double-chamfered window on the ground floor, and there is a later rendered addition to the left of the wing. The interior has not been inspected.
