Description
Number 34 is a house located on Tadcaster Road in Dringhouses, dating from the early 19th century, with some elements from the 18th century. The building is constructed of brick in Flemish bond and has a pantiled roof.
It is two storeys high and features three bays. The windows are glazing bar sashes topped with rusticated stone lintels. The left-hand window on the first floor is tripartite and bowed. On the ground floor to the left, there is a doorcase with engaged reeded columns, a six-panel door that is recessed, and an overlight with margin panes. The timber gutter is supported by paired rectangular brackets, and there are gable chimneys.
The interior has not been inspected. Attached to the right of the doorway are iron railings that extend across the front of the building.
