Description
No. 39 Blossom Street is a public house that has been converted into offices, built in 1828. The building is constructed of painted brick with painted stone or stucco details and features a hipped slate roof.
The exterior is symmetrical, comprising three storeys and three bays. The upper storey windows are glazing bar sashes, each with painted rusticated lintels that include keystones adorned with an incised leaf pattern. Above the ground floor, there is a continuous plain timber entablature. The outer bays feature canted timber oriels with glazing bars. The entrance doorcase is flanked by panelled pilasters and contains a door with six raised and fielded panels. Instead of an overlight, there is a blind semicircular head above the door. The gutter is supported by paired rectangular timber brackets, and no chimneys are visible. The interior has not been inspected.
