Description

31 and 33 Blossom Street are a pair of shops and flats dating to approximately 1850. The building is constructed of brick and has a slate roof. It is two bays wide and three storeys high. The upper floors feature glazing bar sash windows with brick flat arches above. The ground floor contains two shopfronts. Each shopfront has a window to the right and a recessed doorway to the left. The right-hand doorway is partly glazed, while the left-hand doorway has four panels. To the far left is a door with four raised and fielded panels, leading to a passageway. Above this door is an opening with vertical timber slats. A modillioned cornice runs along the roofline, and ridge chimneys are located near the centre and right side of the building. The interior has not been inspected. The building has group value.
