Description
This building, located at 99 Low Petergate in York, is a house that has been converted into a shop. It was constructed around 1840 and has undergone alterations in the 20th century. The exterior features grey-pink brick laid in Flemish bond and has a flat asphalt roof that is hidden behind a stone-coped brick parapet. The building stands three storeys tall and has a two-window front facing Low Petergate and a one-window front facing Church Street. The shopfront wraps around both sides and includes a glazed corner door. The windows are 12-pane sashes on both fronts, with the exception of one 12-pane replacement window on the first floor of the Low Petergate front. All windows have painted stone sills and cambered flat arches. The interior has not been inspected.
