Description

The Cross Stump, located immediately south of the Church of St Mary, dates from the 14th or 15th century. It is made of limestone and stands on a base that is approximately 0.5 metres high and 0.6 metres square, with chamfered corners that create an octagonal upper surface. The stump itself is about 0.75 metres tall, 0.3 metres wide, and 0.2 metres deep, featuring roll mouldings at the corners.
